inmeai Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms form a binding contract between you and inmeai. If you do not accept them, do not use inmeai. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

2. Definitions

"inmeai" is the service at inme.run. A "companion" is an AI character you chat with. "Content" means anything you write, upload or receive inside inmeai. "Plan" means a paid subscription tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority, and legally able to enter a contract. Accounts found to be underage are closed without notice.

4. Nature of the service

inmeai is entertainment and companionship software. Conversations are produced by automated systems and are not written or reviewed by a human in real time.

5. Fictional characters

Every inmeai companion, including her name, biography and images, is fictional and generated. No companion represents a real, identifiable person, and no real relationship is created.

6. Account creation

You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep the email on the account reachable, since account and billing notices are sent there.

7. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. One account per person

Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer an inmeai account, and do not create additional accounts to bypass limits or an enforcement action.

9. Free access

inmeai offers a free tier with a daily message allowance and reduced features. The size of that allowance may change, and the free tier is offered without warranty of any kind.

10. Paid plans

Paid plans unlock unlimited messaging, long-term memory, media features and priority processing as described on the plans section of the site at the time you subscribe.

11. Billing and renewal

Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen method on each renewal date.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

13. Refunds

Digital access is delivered immediately, so charges are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise or where a billing error occurred on our side.

14. Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. Existing subscribers are told by email at least 14 days ahead and may cancel before the new price applies.

15. Taxes

Prices may exclude tax. Where we must collect VAT, sales tax or an equivalent, it is added at checkout based on the billing country you provide.

16. Acceptable use

Use inmeai lawfully and personally. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, automate or overload the service, and do not interfere with other users.

17. Prohibited content

You must never introduce or request content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable people in sexual scenarios, human trafficking, terrorism, extreme violence or illegal goods. This list is not exhaustive and applies without exception.

18. Fair use limits

"Unlimited" plans are for normal human use. We may apply rate limits to traffic that looks automated, resold or abusive, and will contact you before restricting a good-faith account where practical.

19. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant inmeai a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to operate the service for you.

20. Generated content

Replies and images a companion produces are provided for your personal use. Do not present generated media as a photograph of a real person or use it to deceive anyone.

21. Our intellectual property

The inmeai name, logo, interface, character designs and code are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

22. Feedback

If you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation, payment or confidentiality. You are welcome to keep an idea to yourself instead.

23. Moderation and enforcement

Automated systems flag content that breaches section 17, and trained staff review escalations. Depending on severity we may warn, filter, restrict features, suspend or terminate.

24. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or where the law requires it. You may close your account at any time.

25. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. Maintenance, upstream failures and events beyond our control can interrupt inmeai without notice.

26. No professional advice

A companion is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. Nothing said inside inmeai is professional advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

27. Disclaimers

inmeai is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

28. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid inmeai in the twelve months before the claim.

29. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify inmeai against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.

30. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops. If a change materially reduces a paid plan you have already bought, you may cancel and ask for the unused portion back.

31. Changes to these terms

Updates are published on this page with a new date. Material changes are emailed to account holders in advance where reasonably possible.

32. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to consumer protections in your own country. We ask that you contact support before starting formal proceedings.
